Personally, there are no theological problems and could not be, because Angels are extraterrestrial life, as are the “sons of God (Job),” the “99,” and whoever the redeemed reign with Christ over.
Big universe. Lots of life out there. It’s unfortunate evangelicals are so narrow-minded and biblically limited in their understanding of things.
