Creation Sunday 2010

The next major event on our calendar is Creation Sunday. This is the 2nd year that DefendingGenesis.org and CreationLetter.com have promoted this event. What’s it all about? Well, we’re asking churches to simply dedicate their services on the Sunday nearest Darwin’s birthday to the doctrine of Biblical Creation, just as we dedicate our Christmas services to the Incarnation and Virgin Birth of Christ in fulfillment of Old Testament prophecy and dedicate Good Friday and Easter services to the doctrinal truths of Christ’s death and resurresction respectively.

This year’s Creation Sunday will be held on February 14, 2010. For the past several years, the Clergy Letter Project has been promoting these Evolution Sundays to teach evolution in our churches on the Sunday nearest Charles Darwin’s birthday. The Clergy Letter Project also boasts the signatures of nearly 12,000 compromising ministers who affirm evolution while stating that the first 11 chapters of Genesis are merely “beloved teaching stories” like Aesop’s fables. This challenge to Biblical authority must be answered by Bible-affirming Christians.

To this end, we implore you to join the Creation Sunday celebration with us. We have ideas on How to Celebrate a Creation Sunday on our website. Facebook users can also help by joining our Creation Sunday 2010 Cause at http://causes.com/creationsunday. If your church will be hosting a Creation Sunday on this date, please let us know so we can let people in your area know! Of course, if you haven’t added your name to the Creation Letter at CreationLetter.com, affirming the historical veracity of the Bible, please do so today.

April 1, 2010 Thursday @ 7pmSouth Charleston Public Library

[South Charleston, WV]

I’ll be speaking at February meeting of the Kanawha Creation Science Group, giving my “Textbook Lies” presentation [approx. 45-50 min.]. This presentation exposes alleged evidences for evolution as presented in public school textbooks and shows how children are evolutionized into a worldview that is practical atheism. I’ll be speaking at the April meeting of the Kanawha Creation Science Group. This time, I’ll be speaking on “How We Got Here.” This is a special April Fool’s Day presentation for the atheists, contrasting the worldviews of evolution and creation to see which one is a better fit for the world we observe.
